This catalog is comprised of Powershotz downloadable video clips and a few still image galleries in .zip format.  You may also purchase Powershotz Dvds and have them mailed to your address through this catalog.  The archives catalog is a supplement to the main members website.... http://www.powershotz.com  Website membership does not get you access to the clips in the archives catalog.  The membership site contains a rotating series of video clips about a dozen per month.  Those clips may be purchased separately here.  The main membership site also contains the majority of the still images, which are quite dramatic.

Some dvds have not been added to this catalog yet.  If the DVD you wish to order is not listed as an item in the catalog, simply order another dvd and send us an e-mail telling us which dvd you wish to substitute in your order.

 If you purchase the same clip from clips4sale you will be paying a higher price because clips4sale charges fees.  Most clips in this catalog are priced at approximately 50 cents per minute of run time give or take.

Upon completion of your transaction, log back into your account, click on "my account," at the top of the page.....then click on the view orders buttons to see the status of each order and find download buttons.  The files are in zip format.  They will not play while downloading but rather must be saved to a directory on your computer and unzipped.  Once unzipped you may find that there are several files contained within the download.  The largest file will be the video file.  Oftentimes advertisements and bonus images are added and will show up as smaller jpg files.  If you are using Windows XP or Vista your system will automatically recognize the zip file type and know what to do.  On some systems you may need to download a program such as winzip or other to unzip the file.  

You may download each item up to 5 times within one week of purchase.  If the file you download fails to open or you get an error message, you may need to download the file again.  An incomplete .zip file will not open.  Be sure to clear your internet cache or temporary internet files folder before attempting a second or third download.  You may also need to reboot your computer to reset your ip or try again at a time of day when the internet is fastest.  Due to the nature of downloads, it is not possible to guarantee that you will be able to successfully download a clip or file.  Many of the files are in excess of 100 megabytes.  The speed and quality of your internet connection may not be sufficient to download successfully.  You may also have a virus, adware, software or hardware glitch that prevents you from downloading.  Make sure your internet cache is set to allow large file downloads.

Website membership requires a separate login id and password.  Many of the clips in this catalog were once present in the membership area of Powershotz.com.  Note:  Website membership does not give one access to the clips in this store.  However the clips in the store have either already been through the membership area, or have not yet been passed through the membership area but will eventually.  With website membership you don't get to pick and choose which clips are posted, but your cost per minute of video run time can be as much as ten times less depending on the lenghts of recently posted clips.
